Grape Varieties: 60% Chardonnay and 40% Arinto
Vinification and Ageing: 40% of the batch fermented in new and used French oak barrels. The remainder fermented in stainless steel vats for 14 days. The wine fermented in barrels remained there for 7 months.
Tasting Notes:  A classic blend, with dried fruits and apricot from the French variety and citrus notes of orange and lemon from the Portuguese one. Full body, discreet smoke, in a complex, intense and persistent, sophisticated and elegant set.
Gastronomic Suggestions:  Cod, fatty or intensely flavored fish, white meats, cheeses.
ABV: 14% Vol.
