Capacity: 75 cl

Wine Region: Alentejo

Grape Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Trincadeira, Aragonês and Syrah.

Vinification: Harvest in the 3rd and 4th weeks of August. Fermentation in small capacity stainless steel vats at temperature of 24ºC, after total destemming.

Ageing: In stainless steel vats for 3 months and in bottle for 2 months.

Tasting Note: Violet ruby color, intense aromas of ripe fruits, very attractive and round mouth with soft and very balanced tannins that mark the tasting with a medium aftertaste persistence.

Gastronomic Suggestions: It goes well with traditional and modern dishes, soft cheeses and barbecue.

ABV: 13% Vol.

Total Acidity: 5.5 g/L
