Vinification: Vintage during the 3rd week of August. After sangria, fermentation was carried out in a small stainless steel vat of small capacity at a temperature of 15ºC for 16 days.
Ageing: In vat for 3 months and in bottle for 2 months.
Tasting Note: Bright pink color. The aroma reveals great freshness with floral touches and wild fruits. In the mouth it presents expressive red fruit and freshness thanks to the good acidity that prolongs the finish.
Gastronomic Suggestions: Fish, seafood, salads and white meat dishes. It should be served at temperature of 8ºC.
