Capacity: 75 cl

Wine Region: Alentejo

Grape Varieties: 40% Antão Vaz, 30% Chardonnay and 30% Verdelho

Vinification: Vintage during the 3rd week of August. Fermentation in small stainless steel vats of small capacity at a temperature of 15ºC for 17 days.

Ageing: In a vat for 3 months.

Tasting Note: Citrus color. Citrus fruit aromas that define the freshness and youth of this elegant wine. Its freshness and good acidity give it a very elegant and balanced finish.

Gastronomic Suggestions: It goes well with grilled fish and seafood dishes. It should be served at a temperature of 12ºC.

ABV: 13% Vol.

Total Acidity: 4.8 g/L
