Grape Varieties: 50% Alicante Bouschet, 30% Touriga Nacional and 20% Petit Verdot
Vinification: Manual harvest for plastic box during the 2nd week of October. Fermentation in French oak vats à temperature of 25ºC for 12 days, with subsequent cuvaison.
Ageing: In new 225 liter French and American oak barrels for 18 months. Bottled without filtration or stabilization so as not to affect the wine's potential for evolution, being subject to a slight natural deposit during bottle aging.
Tasting Note: Cor Ruby, good aromatic depth, with notes of jam, blackberries, cocoa, in a complex and refined set. Concentrated and elegant in the mouth, with suggestions of quality toast that give it great harmony.
