Vinification: Total destemming and fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 25ºC, for an 8 day period.
Tasting Note: The genuine ambassador of Alentejo. Excellent aroma of red and black fruits, full-bodied and elegant tannins. Balanced wine with notorious freshness to be enjoyed with great pleasure and ease in a passionate finish.
