Vinification: : Grapes from the best northernplots in Alentejo were harvested in the morning freshness, destemmed and subjected to cold maceration for 24 hours. The clarified must was fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats.
Tasting Note: Citrus and vivid wine, ensuring a balance between fruit and acidity. Balanced and of good freshness, it can be the ideal choice and a good gastronomic pair.
