Vinification: Fermentation is interrupted with the addition of wine spirit, with a skin maceration of at least 5 months.
Tasting Note: Amber color with golden reflections. Intense aroma of orange peels, honey and tea. It shows elegance and an intense and persistent aftertaste.
Serving Suggestion: As an aperitif it should be served at a temperature of ± 10ºC, as a digestive it should be served at a temperature of ± 16ºC. Excellent to accompany desserts, sweets and dark chocolate.
